Last updated: 7 April 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Quadra Pty Ltd ("Quadra", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit quadraplatform.com (the "Site"). It applies only to this marketing website. Use of the Quadra Platform product (hosted on demo.quadraplatform.com) and documentation hub (hub.quadraplatform.com) is governed separately by your account agreement.

Quadra Pty Ltd is committed to handling personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and with the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable to visitors from those regions.

Who we are

Quadra Pty Ltd is the entity responsible for personal information collected through this Site. You can contact us at info@quadraplatform.com.

What we collect

We collect personal information only when you choose to give it to us. Specifically:

  • Contact form submissions: when you fill in the contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message content you provide.

We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, or session storage on this Site. We do not collect IP addresses or browser fingerprints beyond standard web server access logs maintained by our hosting provider.

How we use your information

We use contact form submissions solely to:

  • Respond to your enquiry
  • Follow up about Quadra products or services you've asked about
  • Keep a record of the conversation for our own reference

We do not use this information for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

Legal basis for processing

Under Australian law (APPs): We collect personal information directly from you, with your knowledge and consent, for the primary purpose of responding to your enquiry. This is consistent with APP 3 (collection of solicited personal information) and APP 6 (use and disclosure).

Under UK / EU GDPR (if you are in the UK, EU, or EEA): We rely on the following lawful bases:

  • Legitimate interests: responding to enquiries you initiate is necessary for our legitimate interest in operating our business and engaging with prospective clients.
  • Consent: by submitting the contact form, you consent to us processing the information you provide for the purpose of replying to you.

Who we share your information with

We use a small number of trusted service providers ("subprocessors") to operate this Site:

Provider Purpose Location
Resend (resend.com) Delivers contact form submissions to our inbox United States
Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps Hosts the Site Australia
GitHub (github.com) Source code hosting (no visitor data) United States

We do not share personal information with any other third parties except where required by law.

Cross-border data transfers

Some of our subprocessors (notably Resend and GitHub) are based in the United States. Where personal information is transferred outside Australia, we take reasonable steps under APP 8 to ensure the overseas recipient handles the information consistently with the APPs. For visitors in the UK or EU, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

How long we keep your information

We retain contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and maintain a reasonable record of our correspondence, typically no longer than 24 months unless an ongoing business relationship requires us to keep it longer. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information
  • Withdraw consent at any time
  • Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) if you believe we have mishandled your personal information

If you are in the UK, EU, or EEA, you additionally have rights under the GDPR including data portability, restriction of processing, and the right to object. UK and EU visitors may also lodge complaints with their local data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).

To exercise any of these rights, email info@quadraplatform.com. We will respond within a reasonable period and in any case within 30 days.

Cookies

This Site does not set any cookies.

Children

This Site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect personal information, including HTTPS for all traffic and access controls on the inbox where contact form submissions are received. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information.
